Experienced Commercial Property Manager (preferably MRICS qualified) required to assist with the management of a commercial portfolio in the Teddington / Twickenham area. The role involves rent collection, maintenance, lease negotiation, and client liaison for a respected property firm.

We are seeking an experienced and MRICS-qualified Commercial Property Manager with solid experience across the commercial property.

This role also offers the opportunity to be part a successful professional team with a strong local reputation. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of commercial properties


• Maintaining client relationships and handling communications


• Overseeing rent collection and property accounting


• Coordinating repairs and maintenance


• Negotiating and interpreting leases, rent reviews, and licences


• Handling lease renewals and associated documentation 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in Commercial Property Management


• MRICS qualification


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• High level of attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities


• Full clean UK driving licence


• Relevant property or surveying qualifications beneficial
