Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: York City Centre
Salary: £25,000- £28,000
Experience: Commercial property experience preferred (residential property experience considered)

This role would suit someone with commercial property experience, but the firm will also consider candidates with solid residential property experience who are keen to move into commercial work.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting fee earners on a range of commercial property matters
- Assisting with file opening, onboarding and general file management
- Preparing and drafting documents and correspondence
- Managing key dates and helping progress matters efficiently
- Liaising with clients and third parties to obtain information and keep matters moving
- Using case management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the team to deliver a consistently high level of client service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in commercial property is preferred
- Strong residential property experience will be considered, with an interest in moving into commercial property
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication style and a professional, client-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing competing priorities
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
