Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive

Location: Saddleworth/Oldham

Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)

Experience: Fee earner level (Residential Conveyancing)

If you’re a conveyancing fee earner who enjoys running files end to end, building genuine client relationships, and being trusted to get on with the job, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a busy residential property team with real momentum.

Our client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to support a thriving department on a full-time or part-time basis. You’ll manage a mixed residential caseload, handle new instructions, and play a visible role in delivering a high standard of service.

This is a client-facing role in a busy office environment, suited to someone who is organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing matters with a good level of autonomy. You’ll be joining a firm that values its people and invests in development, with a supportive team around you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a busy mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion

• Taking instructions on new enquiries and advising clients clearly and confidently throughout the transaction

• Preparing contracts, correspondence and legal documents using case management systems

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and contacts on behalf of the wider team

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure matters progress efficiently and service levels are maintained

• Using initiative to keep files moving, anticipate issues, and resolve problems pragmatically

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner

• Proven client-facing experience within a busy conveyancing environment

• Confident running matters with a good level of independence, while still working well as part of a team

• Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems

• Excellent organisation and communication skills, with strong attention to detail

• A relationship-led approach, with an interest in networking and building connections
