Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing construction company, working across a diverse range of construction sectors.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction to completion.


• Lead and support Project Managers and Site Teams.


• Manage programmes, budgets, quality and resources.


• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.


• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.


• Monitor project performance, costs, risks and variations.


• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures.


• Attend project and client meetings.


• Report project progress and performance to senior management.


• Support procurement, tendering and business development activities.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.


• Strong knowledge of construction, contracts and project delivery.


• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.


• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving abilities.


• Experience managing multiple projects.


• SMSTS and relevant CSCS qualification desirable.
