Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (3+ PQE)

Location: Enfield, Greater London

Salary: c.£60,000 – £85,000 + Bonus + Direct Pathway to Partnership

Experiencing significant expansion across their commercial division, they are seeking a dynamic Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to handle complex transactions, build lasting client relationships, and step into a high-visibility role with a defined route to Partnership.

The Opportunity

In this key fee-earning position, you will work alongside specialist teams across Commercial Property, Employment, and Dispute Resolution to deliver commercially astute, holistic advice. Balancing share/asset transactions with corporate governance and commercial contracts, you will take lead responsibility for high-value instructions across a broad client base, including scaling SMEs, owner-managed businesses, lending institutions, property developers, and high-net-worth individuals. This role provides direct involvement in strategic growth, client development, and a clear, structured trajectory toward senior leadership and Partnership.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE in Corporate & Commercial law gained within a reputable UK private practice.

  Transactional Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex corporate transactions independently, including M&A (share and asset acquisitions/disposals), corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, banking/finance agreements, and restructuring.

  Commercial Drafting: Demonstrable technical skill drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholders' agreements, partnership/LLP documentation, and advising on core company law.

  
  


• 
  

  Client & Business Development: Excellent client management and communication skills, with a proactive approach to business development, networking, and cross-departmental referrals.

  
  


• 
  

  Desirable Skills: Experience supervising junior fee earners, alongside exposure to charities/not-for-profit matters or non-contentious commercial property transactions, is advantageous.
