Electrical Working Supervisor

Permanent Full Time

Birmingham/Coventry/Worcester/Leicester/Northampton/Milton Keynes and surrounding 

Salary £42,786 inc callout fee Plus Vehicle, Travel Paid door to door and Package

We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Electrical Working Supervisor.

Role:

• Supervise electrical engineers and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with current regulations and standards.


• Plan, schedule and coordinate electrical work, taking into account factors such as H&S, customer demand, project timelines, and resource availability.

• You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance works to a retail outlet chain throughout the region.


• Role will include all elements of electrical ppm and reactive maintenance works, installation, alterations etc as well as some general building maintenance repairs


• You will be working mobile throughout the area.


• Providing excellent customer service when on site.

Person:

• You will be qualified electrically and must hold Electrical Level 3 or equivalent, 17th or 18th edition and ideally 2391 but this is not essential


• You will have electrical maintenance experience - ppm and reactive repairs on commercial sites, hold some experience within a working supervisory role.


• You will live locally and happy with travel throughout the region and further when needed


• You must have a full uk driving licence


• Good IT skills

 Package:

• Base salary £42,786 inclusive of standby fee


• Vehicle and travel paid door to door


• Monday - Friday
