ERP Business Change Lead
Contract Duration: 6 months initially 
Day Rate: £600-700 per day
Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Hybrid Working - Yorkshire based Local Authority

Ready to lead one of the most significant transformation programmes in a complex public sector environment? As an ERP Business Change Lead, you will sit at the heart of an organisation-wide ERP transformation, driving the people, process and cultural change required to deliver lasting business outcomes. Reporting into the Head of Transformation & Change, you will influence senior leaders, shape future operating models and lead a network of over 100 Change Champions, ensuring the organisation is fully prepared to embrace new ways of working across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.

This is far more than a technology implementation. It is an opportunity to lead strategic organisational change, workforce transition planning and business readiness activity that will have a lasting impact across multiple services and stakeholders.

Your Role as ERP Business Change Lead

• Lead the overall business change workstream, developing and delivering the Business Change Strategy and Roadmap
• Drive Change Impact Assessments, organisational readiness and future operating model transition planning
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder engagement, including executive leaders, functional leads and workforce representatives
• Establish business readiness frameworks, dashboards, reporting and go-live readiness assessments
• Deliver sustainable adoption, benefits realisation and long-term embedding of new ways of working

Your Previous Experience as an ERP Business Change Lead

• Proven track record leading business change within large-scale ERP transformation programmes
• Significant experience across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll transformation environments
• Strong background in organisational design, target operating models and workforce transition planning
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation and leadership skills, including experience influencing at senior level
• Experience developing change champion networks, readiness frameworks and adoption measurement approaches
