Estate Agent Sales Valuer - Harborne - £28k basic + Uncapped Commission

My client is a leading, multi branch independent, award winning Estate Agency who have built up an impressive reputation over many years.  They are currently looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Valuer where your primary objective will be to As the local property expert, your primary objective will be to generate new business, conduct residential market appraisals, and convert valuations into signed instructions. You will be the face of the agency, guiding vendors through the stages of their property journey and driving branch profitability.

• Market Appraisals: Attend valuation appointments to provide accurate, evidence-backed property valuations based on local market trends. 


• Business Development: Proactively follow up on warm inbound leads, canvass local areas, and generate new valuation opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.


• Instruction Conversion: Pitch the agency’s services effectively.


• Client Relationship Management: Build trusted, long-term relationships with homeowners, offering transparent advice regarding local market conditions and pricing strategies.


• Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure all compliance checks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation, are accurately completed during onboarding.


• Collaboration: Liaise with the Sales Negotiator team to hand over newly instructed properties, ensuring maximum exposure and a seamless launch to market. 


• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company professionally in the local community to enhance local market share.

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience within estate agency, ideally with a proven track record in a valuation or senior negotiation role.


• Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.


• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Attributes: A results-driven, highly motivated professional with sharp attention to detail and strong local geographical knowledge.
