Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Cheltenham - up to £40k package

My client is a leading  local independent Estate Agent, recognised for delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive, results-driven approach to property sales. They pride themselves on building strong relationships with their clients and providing a professional, personable experience at every stage of the property journey.  They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 Year of estate agency or lettings experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting and generating property viewings and delivering a high standard of customer service


• Booking viewings and market appraisals 


• Maintaining and managing a database of applicants and matching them with suitable properties


• Generating Referrals


• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes


• Generating valuation opportunities and supporting the instruction process


• Supporting the wider team and contributing to overall business objectives

Requirements:

• 1 Year Experience in Estate Agency or Lettings


• Full UK driving licence (essential)


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Proactive, target-driven, and highly organised


• Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
