Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Leeds

Salary: £26,000 to £32,000

Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience in legal practice

Our client is a well-established law firm in Leeds with a strong Personal Injury offering and a reputation for high-quality work and genuine client care. They are looking to add an experienced Paralegal into the team to support case progression and help drive matters forward.

This is a hands-on role where you will be trusted to take ownership of key tasks across the lifecycle of Personal Injury matters. You will work closely with the Team Leader and case leaders, supporting case management, progressing files, and contributing to the wider development of the department.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Vetting new enquiries

• Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader

• Supporting the case leader with case management and progression

• Instructing experts

• Compiling statements

• Drafting and compiling Letters of Claim

• Instructing counsel

• Attending conferences

• Assisting with litigation

• Participating in ADR

• Supporting departmental development

• Assisting with website development

• Compiling case studies and articles for publication

• General administration duties on files

• Supporting with other tasks as required by the case leader

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in legal practice, ideally within Personal Injury

• Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail

• Strong customer care and communication skills

• Excellent organisation and time management

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Proclaim experience or knowledge would be an advantage

Working Arrangements

• Full time

• Working hours: 09:00 to 17:00

• Leeds-based role
