New Job Opening: Fabricator / Welder in Risca Facility

Job Description

An established structural steel facility in Risca is now recruiting experienced Fabricator / Welders on a permanent basis.

These are PAYE roles.

Brilliant pay rates:

Early Shift
Monday – Friday 7.00am – 3.00pm - £18.12 per hour

Back Shift
Monday – Friday 3.00pm – 11.00pm - £24.16 per hour

Overtime available across both shifts (paying up to x2)

As a Fabricator / Welder you will:

• 
  

  Fabricate structural steel of varying grades and thickness

  
  


• 
  

  Carry out MIG / MAG and Flux Core welding, predominantly downhand

  
  


• 
  

  Complete multi-run fillet and butt welds

  
  


• 
  

  Weld to structural coded standards

  
  


• 
  

  Work from detailed engineering drawings

  Time served or apprentice trained

  
  


• 
  

  Shop floor trained with strong fabrication experience

  
  


• 
  

  Experienced within heavy or structural steel

  
  


• 
  

  Previously welded to coded standards

  Confident working from drawings
