We are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a busy, high-profile corporate workplace in Central London (Vauxhall). This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities professional who enjoys leading teams, managing service partners, and delivering an outstanding workplace experience.

Reporting to the Facilities Director, you will oversee all aspects of facilities operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, health & safety, sustainability, and operational resilience across the site. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hard and soft FM services, contractors and suppliers.


• Oversee statutory compliance, building safety, maintenance, and workplace standards.


• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.


• Lead facilities projects, refurbishments, and workplace improvements.


• Monitor service performance through SLAs, KPIs, audits, and inspections.


• Ensure effective emergency response and business continuity arrangements.


• Lead and develop a customer-focused Facilities team. 

About You

• Proven facilities management experience within a large or complex environment.


• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety requirements.


• Experience managing both hard and soft FM services.


• Excellent contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management skills.


• Budget management and team leadership experience.


• IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) as a minimum.
