Job Description

Equifind are partnering with a growing hospitality business seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team. This is a key role supporting senior leadership, driving financial performance, and providing insight across the business.

The Role:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will play a central role in delivering high-quality financial information and partnering with operational teams to support decision-making. The business has been growing year on year and has an open-door policy, where pay and progress is on merit

Responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner position will include:

• Producing accurate and timely management accounts and financial reporting


• Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking


• Acting as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders


• Providing financial insight to support strategic initiatives and improve profitability


• Supporting month-end processes and ensuring robust financial controls


• Analysing key KPIs and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities


• Contributing to continuous improvement of reporting and finance processes


• Discuss progression / Levels of people they will interact with


• Ad hoc projects for CEO/CFO as requested

Application Criteria:

• Qualified accountant or Qualified by Experience


• Happy working in the office 3 days a week


• Previous experience of working in the hospitality sector


• Proven management reporting and commercial experience

Compensation:

• Base salary of up to £65,000
