What You’ll Be Doing:

  Owning and maintaining specifications for all raw materials, packaging, and finished products.

  Producing accurate product specifications and approving artwork that meets legal, brand, and customer standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring every live product has up-to-date specifications and clear line standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Translating recipes and supplier information into retailer-approved formats.

  
  


• 
  

  Creating factory line standards to support exceptional product quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Managing pack copy, artwork sign-off, and keeping due diligence records.

  
  


• 
  

  Investigating supplier issues to protect brand integrity.

  
  


• 
  

  Carrying out nutritional calculations and verifying product claims.

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting the NPD team with technical, labelling, and nutritional guidance.

  
  

Experience & Knowledge:

• 
  

  At least 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing within a technical or quality role.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of food safety, quality management systems, and specification processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience using retailer online systems (advantageous).
