Senior Recruitment Manager / Team Lead – Technology Recruitment

London | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day home)

Are you an experienced Technology Recruiter ready to take the next step into a genuine leadership role?

We're working exclusively with a high-growth recruitment business that's investing heavily in its future and is looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager / Team Lead to become one of the most influential hires in the business.

This is far more than a billing manager position. You'll be responsible for leading from the front, developing consultants, driving growth and helping shape the future direction of a rapidly expanding technology recruitment business.

The Opportunity

✔ Build and lead a high-performing Technology recruitment team

✔ Develop a contract strategy across Software Engineering, Data & AI and GTM markets

✔ Recruit, mentor and develop future consultants

✔ Work alongside an experienced leadership team with ambitious growth plans

What We're Looking For

• A proven billing background within Technology Recruitment


• Previous experience leading, mentoring or developing consultants


• Strong business development and relationship-building skills


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing teams


• Someone who leads by example and enjoys building high-performance cultures

Package

Basic salary up to £90,000 DOE

Excellent uncapped commission
