Nestled in the vibrant village of Stroud, this beautifully designed boutique hotel offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join a 2 AA Rosette kitchen known for its seasonal, modern British cuisine.

With a new Head Chef bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team, this is an exciting time to step into a role where you can develop, contribute creatively, and be part of a kitchen that’s continuing to evolve while maintaining its strong reputation. This position would also suit a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.

• £38,000 per annum plus £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…

• Assisting the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen


• Taking responsibility for sections and supporting the team during busy services


• Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and standards


• Contributing ideas towards menu development and seasonal dishes


• Supporting the training and development of junior team members
