Fee-Sharing Legal Partner / Partner Designate

Location: UK-Wide & International

Uncapped Earnings (Up to 80% Fee Share) + Hybrid & Fully Remote Autonomy

The Opportunity

In this autonomous partner-level role, you will lead your own practice within a 'hive-style' collaborative network that actively drives internal cross-referrals across practice groups. Supported by full SRA/regulatory compliance, professional indemnity insurance, tier-one IT systems, and administrative support, you will focus on client service and practice development. Designed for forward-thinking lawyers who want to build their own team or scale their client base without traditional law firm politics, this position offers total flexibility over your working hours, location, and fee structures.

Key Requirements & Ideal Profile

  Qualifications & Background: Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) holding significant senior post-qualification experience (PQE) at Senior Associate, Legal Director, Salaried Partner, or Equity Partner level.

  Portable Following: Demonstrable track record of business development and an established, portable client following (or a proven network capable of generating consistent instructions).

  Practice Disciplines: Applications welcomed across all legal practice areas, including Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Real Estate / Residential Property, Employment Law, Private Client, Commercial & Civil Litigation, and Family Law.
