Experienced Lettings Coordinator wanted in Loughton to provide excellent client service, support branch operations, and ensure smooth administrative processes within a busy independent residential estate agency.

An established independent estate agency is seeking a skilled Lettings Coordinator to join their friendly team.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing lettings files from start to finish, maintaining high standards of client service, and ensuring smooth operational processes across the branch. You will play a pivotal role supporting the team and helping the office run efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing lettings files, including tenancy agreements, references, and documentation


• Providing administrative support to the branch team


• Handling client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person


• Maintaining accurate records and updating property management databases


• Supporting branch compliance with legislation and company procedures


• Coordinating office workflows and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations


• Assisting managers and colleagues with ad-hoc administrative tasks


• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings administration, including full file management


• Strong organisational and administrative skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Confident in using property management or sales software


• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


• Knowledge of the Loughton / Essex property market advantageous


• Ambitious, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent service
