What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the residential lettings department


• Winning new instructions through market appraisals and business development


• Leading, motivating and developing the lettings team to achieve targets


• Negotiating tenancy agreements and maintaining strong landlord relationships


• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures


• Working closely with the property management team to deliver a seamless customer experience 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience within residential lettings


• Previous experience managing or supervising a lettings team


• Strong knowledge of the residential lettings process and current legislation


• Commercially minded with a track record of winning new business


• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills


• Highly organised with strong leadership abilities


• ARLA qualification would be advantageous


• Full UK Driving Licence essential
