Salary: OTE £30,000 - £35,000 per annum  (Based on Previous experience)

An opportunity for a smart, aspiring, experienced Lettings Negotiator to become part of a team at a respected independent agency in the Maidstone area. The role will involve managing client relationships, dealing with lettings enquiries, and property viewings in a fast-paced environment.

Our client, a reputable independent sales and lettings agency based in Maidstone, is seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.

This role offers the chance to build on existing lettings experience while playing an active part in expanding market share and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings team


• Managing tenant enquiries and conducting property viewings


• Negotiating lets between landlords and tenants


• Supporting the progression of tenancies from start to finish


• Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times


• Assisting with marketing and maintaining strong local market knowledge


• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve office targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (essential)


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Confident, professional telephone manner and presentation


• Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven


• Knowledge of Maidstone and the surrounding area (advantageous)


• Full UK driving licence and access to own car (essential)


• Professional, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
