 You’ll handle tenant enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings and support applications through to completion. The role also includes property inspections, tenancy administration and marketing activity, offering a varied position within a supportive team where customer service and attention to detail are important.

 What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator

• Respond to rental enquiries and follow up new leads promptly


• Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants


• Progress tenancy applications and assist with check-ins and check-outs


• Coordinate property inspections and maintain accurate tenancy records


• Support property marketing through social media and video content


• Provide excellent customer service while supporting the wider lettings team

• Previous lettings, estate agency or customer-facing experience preferred


• Confident and professional communication skills both in person and over the phone


• Strong organisational and time management abilities


• Good written and verbal English


• Confident using computers and property-related systems


• Proactive, reliable and positive approach


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
