Are you an ambitious Litigation Solicitor with your own client following who is looking for greater autonomy, stronger earning potential and the opportunity to play a key role in a growing practice?

Our client, a well-established and entrepreneurial London law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideally suited to a commercially minded solicitor who can bring an existing client following and is looking to benefit directly from the revenue they generate through a highly attractive fee-share structure.

This is more than a traditional fee-earning role. It is an opportunity to grow your practice within a supportive firm whilst significantly increasing your earning potential and progressing your long-term career.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to manage your own client base whilst benefiting from the infrastructure, support and reputation of an established London practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution


• Develop and grow your existing client relationships


• Generate and maintain monthly billings of £10,000+


• Advise clients on contentious legal matters


• Conduct negotiations, mediations and settlement discussions


• Draft legal documentation, pleadings and correspondence


• Build referral networks and develop further business opportunities


• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas

About You

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales


• 3+ years PQE within litigation (more experienced candidates encouraged to apply)


• Demonstrable client following and referral network


• Proven billing history with the ability to generate £10,000+ monthly billings


• Strong technical litigation knowledge


• Experience managing cases from inception to conclusion


• Excellent business development and networking skills


• Commercially minded approach to client management

Desirable Experience

• Existing work in progress and transferable client relationships


• Experience mentoring junior team members


• Established professional introducer network


• Corporate, commercial or property litigation specialism
