New Job Opening: Maintenance Supervisor in Edinburgh, UK

Catch 22 are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh on a temporary ongoing.

This is a great opportunity to take on a varied role within a values-led organisation where the quality, safety and reliability of the environment is critical to the people who use it every day. You'll lead a small maintenance team, manage contractors and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Key Duties

• Supervising maintenance staff and contractors


• Managing PPM and reactive maintenance activities


• Supporting health & safety and compliance across the site


• Coordinating statutory inspections and testing


• Monitoring building services, plant and equipment


• Supporting the upkeep of the grounds and wider estate

About You

• Previous maintenance supervisory experience


• Good understanding of building maintenance and compliance


• Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules


• Mechanical, electrical or general building services background – Minimum of NVQ 3 Level is a must have


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Able to start immediately and happy working on a temporary on going basis


• Must be able to drive

This is a temporary role that offers a salary of around £42,000 per annum and the chance to join a respected and purpose-led organisation where your work will have a real impact, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position in the future.
