Working closely with residential buyers, you will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice throughout the home buying journey.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:

• Providing mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs


• Managing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion


• Building strong relationships with buyers and guiding them throughout the mortgage process


• Maintaining full compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures


• Working closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities


• Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving individual sales targets 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• CeMAP qualified


• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Consultant


• Proven ability to provide mortgage and protection advice


• Strong sales and relationship building skills


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail


• Ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment


• Full UK driving licence
