We are recruiting on behalf of a successful estate agency and financial services group in the Sevenoaks area who are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor. The role offers access to a strong flow of leads generated internally, supporting consistent business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor:

• Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products


• Managing and converting internally generated leads


• Supporting clients through the mortgage application and approval process


• Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures


• Building strong relationships with buyers, lenders, and estate agency colleagues


• Keeping up to date with mortgage products, lenders, and market changes 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent mortgage qualification


• Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor


• Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to manage and convert a strong lead pipeline


• Organised with strong attention to detail


• Professional and proactive approach to client relationships


• Full UK driving licence preferred
