Your first role after qualification can have a huge influence on the lawyer you become. This Manchester-based opportunity gives you the time, support and quality of work to build your Court of Protection expertise properly.
You'll join an expanding department within an award-winning Legal 500 firm, managing Property & Affairs Deputyships and supporting vulnerable and brain-injured clients and their families. Rather than being handed an overwhelming caseload, you'll have a manageable workload alongside structured training and support while you develop your confidence.
The work is varied and highly client-focused. You'll build experience across deputyships, trusts, Statutory Wills and wider Court of Protection applications, including meeting clients in their homes, hospitals and care settings. As you develop, you'll take on greater responsibility, support junior colleagues and contribute to how the team continues to grow.
