NQ – 3yr PQE Private Client Solicitor

Location: Stoke

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits

Experience: NQ to 3 years’ PQE

This role sits within a growing Private Client team in Stoke. You’ll run your own matters with the right level of support, while also working closely with senior colleagues on higher value and more complex work. There is real scope here to progress, build strong client relationships, and help shape the team’s continued growth in the area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your own caseload across a broad range of Private Client matters

• Supporting senior fee earners on more complex files where needed

• Delivering an excellent client experience, with clear, practical advice

• Delegating effectively to trainees and support colleagues to maintain service standards

• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to provide a joined-up service

• Building internal and external relationships, including identifying opportunities to refer work across service lines

• Contributing to the team’s commercial performance and wider growth

What We’re Looking For

• NQ to 3 years’ PQE, with a demonstrable interest in Private Client work

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy

• Confidence managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision

• Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong organisation, planning, and deadline management

• Self-motivated, keen to learn, and genuinely interested in progressing

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Desirable

• Experience of High Net Worth matters

• Experience within a full-service law firm

• Experience with SOS case management

• Interest in business development and marketing activity
