Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

£28,900 per Year | 40 Hours per Week

This is a lovely opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery that offers children plenty of space to learn, explore and grow in confidence.

Designed with children in mind, the nursery features bright, airy rooms filled with age-appropriate toys, resources and learning materials that encourage curiosity, creativity

and independence.

Outside, a large garden and play area provides exciting opportunities for children to enjoy fresh air, develop physical skills and discover the world around them through play.

We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Practitioner who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and wants to be part of a supportive Early Years team dedicated to helping children thrive.

What We're Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential


• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting


• Good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development


• Confidence planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities


• A passion for supporting children's confidence, independence and learning


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach


• Commitment to providing high-quality Early Years care and education

Supporting Children's Learning and Development

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS


• Plan and deliver engaging activities that encourage learning through play


• Support children's confidence, independence and individual development


• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment


• Observe, assess and record children's developmental progress


• Support daily routines and children's individual care needs


• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues


• Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care


• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures
