They are now looking for a talented Pastry Senior Chef De Partie to join their close-knit team of 8, creating refined, ingredient-led desserts that reflect the rhythm of its surrounding landscape.

Due to the rural location, access to your own reliable transport is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities as a Pastry Senior Chef De Partie…

• Crafting elegant, seasonal desserts inspired by produce grown and harvested on site


• Working closely with a dedicated pastry team of 8, contributing ideas and maintaining exceptional standards


• Supporting the development of new menus that celebrate natural flavours and thoughtful presentation


• Maintaining precision and consistency across all pastry sections


• Embracing a culture of learning, refinement and attention to detail
