Property Management Compliance Coordinator - Newcastle-upon-Tyne - £30,000pa + Benefits

We now seek an experienced Property Management professional to lead the Certification and Compliance function within a busy Lettings Agency in Newcastle.

The Role

• Responsible for proactively managing and scheduling all landlord compliance requirements including:
  
  
  
  • Gas Safety Certificates
  
  
  • Electrical Reports
  
  
  • Energy Performance Certificates
  
  
  • HMO Certificates
  
  
  
  


• Identify any remedial works and obtain quotations


• Liaise closely with Landlords and Tenants


• Produce regular compliance reports


• Monday to Friday + every third Saturday 9:30am to 1pm

The Person

• Previous experience working in Lettings or Property Management is desirable


• Must be highly organised and IT literate


• Must be able to multi-task


• Be a confident communicator and be able to work as part of a team
