What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of a shared residential property portfolio


• Coordinate maintenance issues and instruct contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently


• Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants, resolving issues promptly


• Oversee rent collection, landlord payments, rent guarantees and property reporting


• Conduct property visits, mid-term inspections and manage tenancy check-outs and deposit disputes


• Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation, safety regulations and statutory requirements 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management.


• Good understanding of lettings procedures and property management legislation.


• Experience dealing with maintenance issues, safety certificates and legal notices, including Section 8 notices.


• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
