A Residential Property Manager is required to oversee a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring compliance, coordinating maintenance, and delivering reliable service to both landlords and tenants in a busy agency environment.

An independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to take responsibility for a varied portfolio of rental properties. The role requires confidence in lettings legislation, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle challenges with a calm and practical approach. Providing consistent and supportive service to landlords and tenants is central to this position. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a residential lettings portfolio


• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation


• Coordinating maintenance and repairs


• Handling tenancy issues, notices, and property visits


• Prioritising daily tasks and managing workload efficiently


• Supporting landlords and tenants with clear, timely communication 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous property management experience


• Knowledge of Section 8 and Section 21 processes


• Strong customer service background


• Willingness to work toward a relevant professional qualification


• Good understanding of the local area


• Confident telephone manner


• Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability


• Full UK driving licence
