An experienced Residential Property Manager required on a maternity cover basis to manage a residential lettings portfolio, ensuring compliance, effective problem resolution, and high standards of service for landlords and tenants.

A respected independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to cover maternity leave within their Henley office.

The role involves managing a substantial residential portfolio and may lead to a permanent position. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a residential lettings portfolio during maternity cover


• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants


• Ensuring properties are managed in line with current lettings legislation


• Coordinating maintenance issues and resolving problems efficiently


• Organising and prioritising a busy workload


• Maintaining accurate property and compliance records


• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in Residential Property Management


• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and procedures


• Understanding of Section 8 notices


• Proven customer service skills


• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities


• Professional and confident telephone manner


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


• Local area knowledge


• Willingness to work towards a professional qualification


• Full UK driving licence
