You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential portfolios, ensuring properties are maintained effectively and remain compliant with relevant regulations.

Working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors, you will play an important role in delivering a smooth property management service while maintaining accurate records and supporting portfolio performance.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Conducting regular property inspections and identifying any issues requiring attention


• Managing maintenance works and coordinating contractors effectively


• Ensuring ongoing compliance with property legislation and safety requirements


• Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance and property matters


• Updating internal property management systems and maintaining accurate records


• Managing residential portfolios while delivering a high standard of service 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within property management or lettings


• Experience at junior Property Manager level will also be considered


• Strong organisational and time management skills


• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities


• Understanding of basic legal compliance requirements within residential lettings


• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively


• Confident using property software systems and administrative platforms


• Full UK driving licence and own transport is essential
