An established independent estate agency in Slough is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their professional team.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing a residential lettings portfolio, ensuring all properties are compliant and that both landlords and tenants receive a high standard of service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties


• Ensuring all properties meet current compliance and safety regulations


• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants


• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors


• Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs


• Managing rent collection and resolving any tenancy-related issues 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management


• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties


• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Competent with property management software and Microsoft Office


• Full UK driving licence preferred
