This is a varied role for an organised and dependable Property Manager with previous residential property management experience.

You will oversee inspections, check-ins, check-outs, inventories and mid-term inspections, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties from tenancy start to finish


• Conducting property inspections, check-ins, check-outs, inventories and mid-term inspections


• Dealing efficiently with landlord and tenant enquiries and maintaining strong relationships


• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors, ensuring issues are followed through to completion


• Managing tenancy administration, renewals, compliance and associated paperwork accurately


• Ensuring properties and tenancies are managed professionally and in line with current legislation 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within Residential Property Management


• Strong understanding of the residential lettings process


• ARLA qualification desirable


• Excellent administration and IT skills


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail


• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong business relationships


• Full UK Driving Licence essential


• Professional, dependable and thorough approach with excellent written and spoken English
