A Property Manager is required to help manage a residential property portfolio across Southsea and the wider Portsmouth area. This role would suit an organised, commercially minded professional with strong lettings or property management experience and excellent communication skills.

You will take responsibility for a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure properties are well maintained and compliant. The role covers everything from tenant onboarding and inspections to maintenance, compliance and resolving day-to-day issues, with plenty of scope to take ownership.

 What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies


• Maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants


• Coordinating maintenance, contractors and repairs from initial report through to completion


• Overseeing tenant onboarding, deposits, inventories, check-outs and property inspections


• Monitoring compliance requirements and ensuring properties are managed appropriately


• Dealing proactively with issues and finding practical solutions to keep properties running smoothly

 What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management or lettings


• Strong knowledge of residential tenancies and the property management process


• Experience managing maintenance and working with contractors


• Excellent landlord and tenant communication skills


• Good understanding of compliance, deposits and inventories


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail


• Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
