What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Specialist Recruitment Consultant:

• Build and develop strong relationships with property professionals and candidates across the sector


• Source, identify and assess candidates for a wide range of property-based vacancies


• Develop new and existing client relationships and understand their recruitment requirements


• Conduct candidate interviews, assess suitability and provide professional career advice


• Manage the recruitment process from initial registration through to placement and aftercare


• Achieve individual targets while contributing to the continued growth and success of Worth Recruiting 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience within Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Management, Mortgages, Surveying or another property-related sales role


• Previous recruitment or staff selection experience is desirable but not essential


• Strong knowledge of the property industry and the roles within it


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload


• Highly computer literate with good attention to detail


• Confident, positive and professional approach


• Customer-focused team player with the motivation to succeed and deliver exceptional service
