Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + Profit Share & Benefits

Overview

A growing Registered Building Control Approver is seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector to join the business as Regional Building Control Manager for Devon.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a regional portfolio, managing projects from instruction through to completion whilst developing strong relationships with clients across the area.

Alongside delivering Building Control services, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the region, with opportunities to become involved in workload coordination and future team development as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a portfolio of Building Control projects from instruction through to completion.

· Undertake plan assessments, site inspections and statutory functions in line with current legislation.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and design teams.

· Act as the primary point of contact across your projects.

· Support the continued growth and development of the Cornwall region.

About You

· Registered Building Inspector (Class 2a or above preferred).

· Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations and associated legislation.

· Experience managing projects independently.

· Professional and client-focused approach.

· Strong communication and organisational skills.

· Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability.
