Job Description

Registered Building Inspector (RBI) – Class 2A+

The Opportunity

We are working with a well-regarded, national RBCA looking to strengthen its presence across Hampshire. We love working with this client – quick turnarounds, strong retention levels, and a leadership team that genuinely cares about the long-term future of the industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) to join a business with national coverage, a growing team and a commitment to professional development and career progression.

We really enjoy working with this client, particularly because they’ve never let us down when introducing our candidates to them, almost always resulting in long-term engagements.

They have incredibly strong staff retention, which is certainly contributed to by their market-leading packages, but importantly, a real approachable leadership team that genuinely cares about their people. They offer a supportive working environment where inspectors are trusted to manage their own workloads, without unnecessary micro-management, alongside highly effective support services to keep you away from any unwanted admin and unsustainable workloads.

Key Highlights

• £55,000–£75,000 salary (DOE) + benefits

• No micromanagement – trusted to manage own workload

• Clear progression-paths towards management and wider operational responsibilities

• Support in place to move up RBI Classifications

• Opportunity to join a fast-growing national RBCA with a diverse project portfolio

• Flexible working arrangements, depending on location and experience
