Registered Nurse – RGN or RMN

£21.80 per Hour | 42 Hours per Week | Day Shifts

We're looking for a confident and caring Registered Nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships with residents, supporting their individual needs and working as part of a dedicated care team.

What We're Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification – essential


• Valid NMC registration and PIN – essential


• Previous experience working with older adults, ideally within a nursing or care home


• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing assessment skills


• Confidence administering medication and managing individual care needs


• Good understanding of safeguarding, CQC standards and clinical best practice


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• A compassionate, professional and person-centred approach

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to older adults


• Assess residents' needs and develop, implement and review individual care plans


• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical records


• Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition


• Carry out clinical procedures and nursing interventions within your competence


• Support and guide Healthcare Assistants to maintain high standards of care


• Work closely with GPs, healthcare professionals and residents' families


• Promote residents' dignity, independence, comfort and wellbeing


• Maintain accurate documentation and effective clinical handovers


• Follow NMC standards, safeguarding procedures and CQC requirements
