Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Days or Nights

£22.00 per hour | Day or Night Shifts | Permanent | Luxury Nursing Home

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a beautifully designed luxury nursing home for older adults, with permanent day or night shifts available. What You'll Need

• Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.


• Previous experience working within a nursing home or older adult care environment.


• Strong clinical skills and confidence managing residents' individual nursing needs.


• Good knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS and person-centred care.


• Confidence with medication management, care planning and clinical documentation.


• Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to changes in residents' health.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• A compassionate and professional approach to supporting older adults.

Your Role

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred nursing care to residents.


• Administer and manage medication in accordance with NMC standards.


• Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate care plans and records.


• Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing and respond to changes in their condition.


• Support and guide care colleagues to maintain high standards throughout each shift.


• Promote residents' dignity, independence and individual choices.


• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals.


• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical practice.


• Work collaboratively with the wider nursing and management team to ensure residents receive consistently high-quality care.
