Residential Property Paralegal

Location: Altrincham

Salary: £22,000 to £28,000 plus bonus and benefits

Experience: Must have previous Property Paralegal/Assistant experience

Our client is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Paralegal to join their Residential Property team. You’ll support fee earners with case preparation, document management and client communication, helping the team deliver a smooth, efficient service across a varied caseload.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in residential property. You’ll be hands-on with files from day one, develop strong technical and organisational skills, and work in a supportive environment where high standards and client care are taken seriously.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drafting, reviewing and organising documents for residential property transactions and related matters

• Managing case files and ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and up to date

• Liaising with clients, solicitors and external agencies to gather information and keep matters progressing

• Supporting case preparation through research on relevant laws, regulations and precedents

• Preparing correspondence, reports, schedules and updates using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately

• Supporting the team with administrative tasks to keep workflow running smoothly

• Working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in residential property is preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confident client communication and a professional approach to service

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and confidence learning new systems

• Proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently

• Comfortable working in person as part of a team
