We’re recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at an award-winning luxury country house hotel.

Home to an elegant all-day dining restaurant and an exceptional afternoon tea offering, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll be a visible presence on the floor, building relationships with guests, supporting your team and ensuring every service is delivered to the highest standard.

About the Restaurant Manager Role…

• Lead the day-to-day operation of a luxury all-day dining venue and afternoon tea service


• Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences through a visible and hands-on management style


• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalised service and effective table visits


• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care


• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing front of house team

About You

• Previous management experience within luxury hotels


• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding hospitality


• Warm, personable and confident engaging with discerning guests


• A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing teams


• Experienced in handling guest feedback and table recovery with professionalism
