We’re working with one of the most exciting country house hotels in the South West – a beautifully restored gem nestled in the Wiltshire countryside, with a buzzing restaurant, a soul-soothing spa, and a forward-thinking team that’s anything but ordinary.

We’re now looking for a charismatic, engaging, and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead the food service team. If you’re a true people person who loves creating unforgettable guest experiences and energising your team, this could be your perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading by example on the floor, you’re the face of the restaurant, setting the tone and making guests feel at home


• Creating a great team vibe, recruiting, training, and motivating a passionate bunch of hospitality pros


• Working closely with the Executive Chef to make service seamless and smooth


• Keeping an eye on the numbers and helping the F&B Manager hit targets without compromising the experience

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:

• A natural host, confident, warm, and quick to make people smile


• Experienced in running a busy restaurant or hotel F&B outlet (ideally 4- or 5-star)


• Calm under pressure, with a good head for numbers and team dynamics


• Passionate about hospitality and obsessed with the little details that turn a good meal into a great memory
