Salary: £80,000 per annum

We are recruiting a highly skilled RICS Senior Valuation Surveyor to join an expanding property services company in the Paddock Wood / Tunbridge Wells area.

This role requires a confident, professional individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering accurate and timely valuations across the residential sector. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Undertaking residential property valuations for private clients and lenders


• Carrying out Landlord & Tenant Act procedures


• Managing and delivering professional valuation reports to a high standard


• Liaising with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships


• Ensuring compliance with RICS standards and valuation best practices


• Working autonomously while also contributing effectively to the wider team 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• RICS qualified and Registered Valuer (essential)


• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience


• Proven residential valuation expertise


• Strong knowledge of valuation practices and compliance requirements


• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities


• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills


• Motivated, disciplined, and able to manage workloads independently


• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
