An exciting opportunity for an experienced property Branch Sales Administrator to join a leading local independent estate agency in Surbiton, supporting a busy team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Our client, a successful independent Estate Agency with a strong presence across Surrey and South London, is seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent administration skills and previous estate agency experience would be helpful.

The role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administration skills, ideally gained within a property environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings team


• Prepare documentation, contracts, and property details


• Update and maintain internal systems and databases


• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external partners


• Manage incoming calls and emails professionally


• Support the branch in delivering an efficient customer experience


• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Strong administrative background (Estate Agency experience advantageous)


• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail


• High level of customer service and communication skills


• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude


• Competent in Microsoft Office and Estate Agency software


• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines


• Team player with initiative and self-motivation


• Professional, well-presented, and client-focused
