A dynamic Sales Negotiator is required to drive property sales, secure new business, and deliver exceptional customer service for a respected property company with a strong presence in Biggleswade.

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Negotiator with several years’ experience to join their established team in Biggleswade. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected property brand known for its strong client base and commitment to service excellence.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Selling residential properties and progressing sales


• Generating and securing new business opportunities


• Conducting valuations and taking on new listings


• Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers


• Providing high levels of customer service throughout the process


• Maintaining accurate records and documentation


• Building strong relationships with clients and local contacts


• Representing the company professionally at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator


• Proven track record in property sales and new business generation


• Smart, articulate, and confident communicator


• Ability to carry out valuations and listings


• Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive


• Knowledge of the local Biggleswade and surrounding area advantageous


• Full driving licence essential
