A successful independent estate agency in Great Dunmow is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and professional team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential sales, a proven ability to generate business, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Register and qualify new buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings.


• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.


• Generate and follow up on sales leads.


• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring a smooth sales process.


• Support the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets.


• Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales essential.


• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.


• Strong customer service focus and professional manner.


• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.


• Good knowledge of Great Dunmow and surrounding areas desirable.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Full UK driving licence required.


• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
