We are seeking an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join a smart independent company with offices in the Littlehampton area.

We are looking for the type of person who works well with others, thrives in a sales environment and can work well under pressure. You will be at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll be joining a supportive, ambitious team where your input will be valued and your success celebrated. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage sales from valuation to completion


• Source new business and conduct property viewings


• Negotiate offers and oversee sales progression


• Prepare listings, contracts, and documents


• Build strong client relationships 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven residential sales experience with strong negotiation skills


• Excellent communication and customer service


• Local market knowledge and CRM confidence


• Proactive, organised, and goal-driven


• Full UK driving licence
